岗位职责：
1．根据技术部提供的图纸或样品进行评估,以产品设计和模具设计相结合,减少两方面的误差导致成本上的浪费。
2．负责模具设计（出详图及加工工艺）。
3．新模具现场组立,调试专案跟催并解决试模当中带来的问题.
4．完成上级交办的其他工作。

岗位要求：
1．电热水器行业5年以上的研发经历或者类似产品10年以上经历；
2．具有基本的电器产品知识和试验的常识或者经历；
3．有各种零部件加工工艺的知识和经验；
4．有电气控制方面的常规知识，可以进行产品控制方面的研讨和交涉。
