The job description:
岗位基本职责、需解决的问题及面临的挑战：
1、开展国际市场开拓及完成所管辖区销售任务，收集竞争对手信息。
2、跟踪和开发新老客户，建立客户档案，积极需求新的销售增长点。
3、管理辖区人员，有效进行团队管理，提升人员整体素质和能力。
4、配合各部门管理措施的执行和考核。

要求：
1、相关专业专科及以上学历，英语、外贸、管理等相关专业。
2、在LED及相关电子行业国际业务相关岗位三年以上工作经历，拥有大型海外工程项目管理和运作经验。
3、专业素质和管理能力突出，并能独立领导相关业务人员开拓海外市场。
4、沟通协调能力强，工作积极主动。
5、英语口语熟练。
