任职要求：
1、硕士研究生学历，博士优先；
2、软件\光学\自动化相关技术岗位5年以上经验、有自动化设备/仪器研发经验。3年以上技术管理工作经验，有成功项目管理工作经验；
3、精通机械自动化、或软件或光学任一相关技术；
4、研发创新能力强、较强的学习能力，积极上进，有较强的工作责任心和事业心；
5、具有较强的研发团队管理经验和过硬的技术基础，有集团研发战略规划实施经验优先；
6、有亲和力。
岗位职责：
1、协助指导制定、审核公司技术管理制度和技术规程标准；
2、跟进公司新技术引进和产品开发工作的计划、实施；
3、负责指导、处理、协调和解决公司项目中出现的技术问题；
4、保证项目的正常进行，确保公司项目计划按时完成；
5、对关键技术问题有最终的判定职责；
6、负责组织技术成果及技术经济效益的专业评价工作；
7、负责对技术方案的评审工作。
