The job description:

岗位职责：
1、负责协调指定内部客户及新产品项目组，包含研发、工程、制造、质量、采购等多部门协同运作，以推动项目组整体工作目标的实现；
2、组织公司新产品的研究试制工作及现有产品的改进工作；
3、负责EPS电机技术方案的确定；
4、负责EPS技术难题和关键技术的攻关。
5、负责直流电机项目组的团队管理并组织资源不断提升项目的组织能力；
任职资格：
1、男性，27-35岁。
2、本科以上学历，5年以上电机研发、制造相关工作经验。
3、了解电机设计、制造的理论与实践；
4、对电机及其零部件的加工工艺（如机械加工、冲压、压铸、注塑等）有一定程度的了解；
5、掌握汽车电机行业的发展动态，并能够根据行业的发展趋势和竞争动向，适时调整项目组的发展战略。
