The job description:
工作职责：
1、根据公司发展战略规划，修整完善公司质量体系；
2、监督、检查、跟踪产品品质，及时有效地处理品质问题；
3、主导质量管理相关的审核；
4、品质部团队建设，部署调配、培训和考核，指导、监督下属完成工作。

任职资格：
1.大专及以上学历，机械或质量管理等相关专业；
2.八年以上大型企业（五金塑胶）质量管理经验，熟悉拉伸、喷涂、抛光、表面处理等工艺，精通质量管理体系，两年以上同等岗位工作经验；
3.具备质量管理、认证管理、设备管理、生产管理等相关知识；
4.具备准确鉴别质量问题所在并分析判断出现问题的原因的能力，良好的沟通协调能力，良好的标准把握能力；
5.工作有魄力，行事果断，较好的管理技能技巧
