The job description:
1.机械设计与理论、流体机械或热能与动力工程（制冷方向）、制冷与低温技术等相关专业本科以上；
2.压缩机研究或开发领域5年（含）以上工作经验；
3.熟悉压缩机原理、结构设计、相关工艺及常用的计算分析软件；
4.熟悉压缩机关键零部件的选材，掌握不同可选材料的优缺点（性能、成本、可靠性）；
5.担任过两个（含）以上压缩机产品开发项目或技术攻关课题/项目的主要负责人或项目经理；对开发项目有很强的统筹能力和团队管理能力；
6.把握压缩机技术发展方向和市场，对压缩机及配套行业发展具备前瞻性的认识。
