、参与制定公司发展战略与年度经营计划，制定并实施生产战略规划；
2、负责工厂的组织管理、人员配置、设备安全及生产计划安排；
3、负责培养、激励和管理生产工人以确保其技能和积极性的不断提高，从而促使各项生产目标的达成；
4、负责工厂的日常管理、安全知识培训和工作评估。
任职条件：
1、大专以上学历，35-50岁，10年以上家具或建材行业管理经验，其中3年以上五金卫浴企业同等岗位经验；
2、非常熟悉五金产品的设计研发、工艺技术、生产质量及成产流程等模块管理工作经验，很强的产品质量观念和操作手法；熟悉五金事业部整体运营管理；
3、熟悉战略管理，非常强的沟通协调能力及团队管理能力，对企业管理中各环节均有把控能力；
4、熟悉工厂的生产运作和流程，拥有丰富的生产管理、成本控制、质量管理方面的经验；
5、具备全面的精益生产理念和丰富的精益生产实践经验；
6、具备良好的计划能力、决策能力和较强的组织协调能力。
