      1、相关专业大学本科以上毕业；
      2、年龄40岁以下，相同岗位工作经验3年以上；
      3、熟悉相关产品标准、法规，主持开发过两款以上车型线束；
      4、熟悉相关车载电子设备，熟悉电器安装工艺；
      5、对混合动力、纯电动等新能源车的电池、电机，控制系统有一定了解；
      6、有团队管理经验。
