The job description:

岗位要求：

1、8年以上可靠性相关工作经验：对塑料、金属/机械、橡胶等材料可靠性、密封件（阀类）物料可靠性或机电电器物料可靠性具有较深的认知，有改善推进经验等；
2、具备相应的可靠性资质认证，如中国注册可靠性工程师证书，美国质量协会的注册可靠度工程师优先考虑；
3、熟悉相关的物理加速试验、化学加速试验、符合加速试验理论及实际操作；
4、能熟练应用可靠性工程相关工具及方法；
4、较强的沟通表达及语言组织能力。

岗位职责：

1、建立可靠性工作体系，进行相关的可靠性工作并提出有针对性的提高产品可靠性的建议和措施,并监督落实；
2、制定可靠性技术规范和测试规范；
3、拟定零部件可靠度研究方案：可靠性工程试验研究及制定（可靠性研制试验、可靠性增长试验），可靠性统计试验研究及制定（可靠性鉴定试验、可靠性验收试验、寿命试验）；
4、可靠性知识的推广和培训。
