The job description:

岗位要求：

1、有模具设计、模具的注塑工艺调试经验，工作年限至少10年以上；
2、有一定的管理经验，能否推动项目的落地；
3、能够长期出差异地工厂，提升模具的效率，并进行质量整改；
4、优先国内资深专家。

岗位职责：

1、负责各地工厂注塑模具异常问题处理，解决生产异常，提升注塑效率，并进行模具疑难问题攻克；
2、开展模具工艺性评审，从设计源头控制模具的一致性和标准化；
3、建立模具全流程管理体系，并督促落实。
