The job description:

岗位要求：

1、 负责搭建电控研发可靠性体系；
2、 组织建立完善电控可靠性设计与试验标准；
3、 组织电控研发各阶段可靠性设计评审；
4、 组织根据公司产品市场保修要求，进行产品另部件可靠性的需求分析，目标值分解；
5、 组织电控部件的可靠性设计和验证；
6、 负责组织电控可靠性验证试验方案、报告的编制；
7、 负责组织电控产品的长期可靠性进行研究。

岗位职责：

1、 博士以上学历；
2、 计算机、电子及电器相关专业；
3、 熟悉GB、GJB和MIL-STD相关可靠性标准；
4、 熟悉可靠性设计方法或手段，如system/design FMEA\FTA\FRACAS等
5、 可靠性相关实验经验，如环境试验、HALT\ALT\HASS试验等；
6、 有较强的项目推广能力和经验，熟练应用6sigma；
7、 3年以上工作经验；
8、 优先国内；海外博士不限。
