The job description:

岗位要求：

1、制冷系统相关专业；
2、能够熟练使用仿真技术优先；
3、有2年以上空调整机系统研究工作经验博士人选（有从事该方面课题研究经验的应届博士生也可考虑）。

岗位职责：

1、研究空调器换热效率（提高冷媒、管、翅片、空气换热系数；流路优化；系统设计降低换热损失等）；
2、制冷制热效果（快速制冷制热；提升低温制热能力；提升高温制冷能力；提升化霜等非稳态环境能力）；
3、舒适性（制冷制热空间温度一致性；低温制冷舒适性等）
4、从事热湿环境控制、快速制冷制热、低温制热性能、高能效技术、新型换热器、新冷媒等方面的技术研究和开发；
5、为性能开发团队提供技术指导，不定期开展培训，参与编制和修订相关技术标准和设计规范 ；
