The job description:

岗位要求:

1、有电子自动测试工装软硬件设计经验，工作年限十年以上，学历本科以上；
2、在大型电子生产企业；
3、有一定的管理经验和沟通技巧，能够适应美的企业文化，经常加班；
4、优先国内资深专家。

岗位职责：

1. 负责新产品可制造性，可测试性的评审，提出有效的改进意见；
2. 对新产品自动测试工装的软硬件组织评审验收，确保测试有效，全面，不会造成二次伤害；
3. 对新产品可制造性，精益生产性进行评审，确保新产品工艺制造性最优；
4. 新工艺方法的引入和攻关，突破电子制造工艺瓶颈；
5. 建立可制造性，可测试性评审相关流程，引入有效的评价手段，工具和方法；
6. 培训专业知识，提升部门整体的可制造性，可测试性专业技术能力。
