The job description:

岗位要求：

1、本科及以上学历，塑料模具相关专业；
2、十年以上家电企业注塑行业相关经验；
3、塑料模具设计及塑料件成型工艺调试经验资深；熟悉高光蒸气模\双色模等行业先进注塑工艺；
4、精通使用绘图软件CAD UG proe等；
5、具有很强的组织协调能力和沟通技巧；
6、能适应少量加班和夜班,具有吃苦耐劳和团队协作精神；
7、有专业模具厂加工和协调管理经验优先。

岗位职责：

1、能配合新产品的开发独立设计相关模具；
2、新模具调试确认；
3、生产模具优化改进；
4、组织、协调、解决模具生产过程中的重大异常问题；                           

 5、指导外协厂家提高模具使用、保养、维修能力。
