岗位要求：

1、管理或理工科本科以上学历；
2、具备质量体系、管理咨询等相关领域方面的培训或工作经历；
3、具备良好的分析判断能力。逻辑思维能力强，思维敏捷、处事干练，善于沟通，富有团队精神，能够承担压力； 
4、5年以上空调行业相关工作经验；

岗位职责：

1、负责落实贯彻公司的质量政策，进行质量文化建设，完善和维护公司的质量管理体系；
2、负责公司从原料进厂到成品出厂的全方位、全过程质量检验和管理，如组织检测分析、产品送检等，以确保产品质量保证；
3、负责公司标准化及计量工作管理；
4、负责公司质量相关的对外工作（含计量、标准化等）。
