The job description:

岗位要求：

1、10年以上模流分析工作经验，对注塑工艺、模具结构有丰富的了解，并能现场指导工艺调整；
2、熟识白色家电（最好是空调）的产品结构和行业标准，最好在相关的企业工作过3年以上；
3、能主导模流分析项目开展，并在以前自己所主导的模流项目中有3到5个比较典型的成功案例；
4、能长期出差常驻各地，进行诊断固化落实，具有吃苦耐劳和团队协作精神；
5、学历要求本科及以上。

岗位职责：

1、注塑工艺、流道问题诊断、产品质量改善、成型周期改善、模流分析项目的开展；
2、建立空调产品模流分析标准库，并进行推广培训和应用。
