The job description:

1、精通IE管理、6SIGMA、TQM、TPM，有丰富的精益生产管理经验；善于沟通，责任心强，富有团队精神，愿接受加班，愿在应聘企业任职两年以上。
2、有3年以上日资（或合资）企业经理/专家以上职位任职经验，有10年以上大型制造行业精益制造管理、IE改善工作经历。

岗位职责：

1、作为精益制造推动专家，就精益生产管理各项事宜向总经理提供有效的意见，协助总经理推动部门重点工作，确保部门指标的达成；

2、负责精益生产规划，建立和健全精益生产运作模式；

3、负责公司精益生产项目的推动和管理以达成预定目标；

4、负责IE管理、精益基础管理提升等方面工作；

5、负责推动物流JIT模式运作、系统生产效率提升、流程/体系改善、6SK提升等方面工作；
