【Job responsibilities】：

1、Product development project for the core customer, from project investigation to project mass production. Follow up the whole process;

2、Responsible for part of the product line optimization and upgrading work, ensure to meet market and customer needs, improve product competitiveness；

3、Responsible for the improvement of the product structure；

4、Responsible for other R & D personnel training.

【Position requirements】：

1、Engaged in the research and development work in the dishwasher for over 8 years in LG/SAMSUNG and Japan and South Korea well-known household electrical appliance enterprises or Whirlpool, Elux, Candy and other European well-known household electrical appliance enterprises；Responsible for research and development projects of the dishwasher, for more than 5 years working experience in structural design of dishwasher core components;；

2、Familiar with dishwasher R & D process, a successful set of product design and planning work experience, familiar with metal, plastic and mold design；

3、Skilled in the operation of a mechanical 3D design software (UG, Solidworks, Pro/E and AutoCAD etc.)；

4、With the successful experience of project management, the project that responsible for can form achievement industrialization industrialization, and is large-scale use in dishwasher that in the sale in the current market；

5、Strong coordination, communication and organization skills, full of team spirit, able to work independently.
