【Job responsibilities】：

1、Do research and establish the noise analysis model of dishwasher platform, analyses the advantages and disadvantages by using relevant software / tool / experience / formula etc；

2、Put forward the noise reduction optimization design scheme by the noise analysis results,, organize team carries on the structural design scheme;

3、Verify the noise reduction optimization design scheme, establishing the test tool, making the test evaluation method;

4、Other noise reduction of R & D personnel training.

【Position requirements】：

1、vibration noise or related major, doctor's degree, foreign R&D experts or the industry veteran can relax to the bachelor degree;

2、Master the professional knowledge and the theory of noise, Artemis noise analysis software, proficient in Noise image acoustic camera system, Prog-noise transfer path analysis software or similar equipment and software;

3、Familiar with 3D structure design software, skilled in simulation tools; familiar with the method of noise test standards and test evaluation of home appliances;

4、3 years or above working experience in noise research, familiar with the general development process of an enterprise, understand the project management;

5、Those who are engaged in the NVH in the automotive industry or priority noise reduction in the home appliance industry is preferred ; doctor's degree needs 3 years or above related working experience, foreign experts or the industry veteran reqiures 8 years of work experience;

6、Strong coordination, communication and organization skills, full of team spirit, able to work independently.
