【Job responsibilities】：

1、New product quality assurance: responsible to make a full range, the whole process of quality objectives that is from new product research and development to the finished product , implementation of control plan, ensure the product quality meet the design requirements;

2、The optimization of quality management system: participate in the company's internal quality management system and the special process audit work, and put forward ,implement the corresponding improvement suggestions;

3、The guidance of career ministry departments to carry out quality management, organize and coordinate, and supervise the product quality problems, to promote the quality ability of the department to enhance and precipitate.

【Position requirements】：

1、Quality management in foreign large household electrical appliance enterprises, or work in the system management consulting institution for more than 10 years；2、More than 5 years full charge of the enterprise quality improvement projects, and dominate the 6SIGMA improvement project, more than 5 years working experience in quality system management;

3、Skilled use of various quality tools, have good eloquence, give lessons and lectures in the enterprise interior of how to use various quality improvement tools 4、Have deep attainments in the product reliability, can assist the director to build the product reliability monitoring system；

5, strong ability to work independently, strong coordination, communication and organization skills, full of team spirit.
